If your purchase isn’t quite right — whether it’s the wrong size, not what you expected, or simply a change of mind — we’ll make returning it straightforward and stress-free.

That’s why we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.

You can return most new and unused items for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions below.


3. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • You must include your order number or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use (e.g., rackets that have been strung, shoes worn on court).

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

  • Personalised or custom-strung rackets.


4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product:
