Alongside his work with The Racket Shack, Henry also runs his own business Nibula Treats, where his eye for detail and passion for quality shine through. With a natural talent for marketing and product design, he’s always looking for new ways to learn, grow, and innovate.

Mark is the driving force behind the big ideas at The Racket Shack. Always thinking, refining, and finding smarter ways to work, he brings a mix of creativity, focus, and energy to everything he does.

With over two decades of experience in IT and data analysis, Mark combines technical expertise with a practical, problem-solving mindset. He’s passionate about quality, efficiency, and creating great customer experiences, values that shape every part of the business.

Outside of work, Mark’s a dedicated dad and sports enthusiast, often found courtside supporting Henry or cheering Oscar on. And when there’s time to relax, he’s usually at the tennis club or spending time with family and friends.
